Wally Patterson

Managing Director of 28 years Wally Patterson has held a Real Estate Agent's licence since 1968 and a Strata Manager's license from 1988. Wally was recognised in 2003 with the ISTM President's Award for his outstanding contribution to the industry over many years. Currently Chairman of the Strata & Community Development Committee of the Urban Development Institute of Australia and a member of the NSW government’s Strata Industry Working Group, Wally has held influential elected positions in both the NSW and National professional associations including senior Vice President.

Wally was a founding member of the ISTM Benchmarking Trust Foundation, holds an Australian Insurance Institute Diploma, Company Directors Diploma and has completed the 'Essentials of Community Association Management' course in the United States. He is a Foundation Fellow of the Institute of Company Director's and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. Wally is sought after by leading property developers to consult on complex title structuring and other issues. He has lived in strata property for many years and holds executive committee office, which he says "keeps him close to the customer”.

Pamela Pearce

Pamela is a Director of Dynamic Property Services Pty Ltd and CEO of Dynamic Property School. Her career includes CEO roles and non-executive directorships in both public and private companies. Pamela has an MBA and completed Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program. She lectured in Post-Graduate Marketing and Strategic Business at UTS (Sydney).

Pamela has been an invited speaker at Strata industry conferences. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, been mentor and judge of the small business Enterprise Workshop Program and international judge for Students in Free Enterprise. Pamela has held elected leadership roles in a number of other voluntary organisations, including Chief Executive Women. In 2003 Pamela was awarded a Centenary Medal for Services to Australian Society in Business Leadership.

Neil Hooper

Chief Operating Officer Neil Hooper joined Dynamic as Chief Financial Officer in November 2004. Neil is a qualified accountant with 20 years experience across a broad range of industries. Neil also has an MBA in Strategic Management and holds a Strata Licence.

Prior to joining Dynamic, Neil's most recent roles were as Chief Financial Officer of two companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.

Karen Belcher

Licensee in Charge Karen Belcher is an experienced professional who has been a Strata Manager since 1990, specialising in prestige residential and complex mixed developments. Karen leads the New Business Team responsible for new project consulting and management. In particular Karen provides advice to developers on complex titling, by-laws, staged development and other issues that arise in the early stages of a complex development. Her involvement usually continues until such time as management of a project vests in the new owners and an ongoing strata manager is appointed. Karen's team is also responsible for transition management of existing properties that move to Dynamic, to ensure compliance with the law and implementation of stringent quality standards.

Karen has been involved in providing advice on such major developments as Jackson’s Landing Pyrmont and Walsh Bay as well as the current Rouse Hill and Bingara Gorge projects.

Karen also holds a Certificate IV in training and assessment and delivers high level professional training to Dynamic staff and Executive Committees. Her contributions to the industry have included speaking at the annual conference of the Institute of Strata Title Management and lecturing at the Institute’s Strata training courses.

Helen Wells

Helen is a licensed strata manager who has been working in the property industry since 1990, including 6 years in property development and management in the UK, where she also studied building construction and conservation. Helen joined Dynamic in 2000 and leads Dynamic's commercial division. She manages a variety of complex commercial, retail and mixed use strata buildings and prestige community associations. Her current commercial portfolio includes Sydney CBD properties such as 53 Martin Place, 263 Clarence Street, 65 York Street, 234 George Street and Currency House.

Rod Smith

Rod is a licensed strata manager who has managed a wide variety of community and strata schemes around Sydney. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in accounting and finance, with commercial experience in accounting and auditing prior to moving to specialise in strata and community management.

In 2004, Rod was the recipient of the Institute of Strata Title Management's Helen & Peter Clisdell Scholarship, for being the top student completing the certificate of registration course.

Deanne Holz

Deanne is an experienced licensed manager of strata and community title schemes, with a Diploma of Business (Real Estate Management). She has managed both residential and commercial properties of varying sizes and complexity throughout Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, prior to joining Dynamic in early 2007. Deanne’s career has also spanned other aspects of real estate, including property manager.

As well as individual strata properties, Deanne’s portfolio includes a number of stratas in community schemes, such as Aylesbury at Breakfast Point and multiple schemes in the prize winning Liberty Grove development.

Gemma Trewella

Gemma is a licensed strata manager whose role is New-Business Projects Manager, and has been with Dynamic since 2003.  Gemma has had a wide range of experience with new projects managed by Dynamic, in particular major developments such as Walsh Bay, Jackson’s Landing at Pyrmont and also more recently Stockland’s Wallarah Peninsula.

Gemma is actively involved in assisting the Licensee-in-Charge (who is also Marketing Manager) in consulting to developers from the earliest stages up until the First Annual General meeting. As New Business Projects Manager, Gemma is responsible for a small team and is dedicated to ensuring the maintenance of quality, productivity and the smooth handover of new projects to their ongoing strata manager.

Inger Brettle

Inger is a licensed strata manager who has a Diploma of Business (Real Estate Management), Certificate IV in Business (Real Estate Sales) and is a Justice of the Peace. Inger joined Dynamic in 2008, having worked in the property industry since 2000 including at senior level with a well known Trustee company. She is an experienced manager of commercial and residential strata, community schemes and company title properties. Her Sydney portfolios have included notable properties such as Princess Gardens (Chalmers St Surry Hills), Huntley Green (Alexandria), Blenheim Pty Ltd (Queens Park), Parc Belvoir (Surry Hills) and Bligh Place (Randwick).

Inger’s current residential portfolio includes multiple schemes at Jackson’s Landing (Pyrmont) and Breakfast Point; the Astor (Macquarie St Sydney); 17 Wylde St (Potts Point) and The Post (Potts Point). Sydney commercial buildings include 250 Pitt St and 141 King St.

Jodie Smithson

Jodie is a licensed strata manager who has a Diploma in Property (Real Estate), Certificate IV in Property Business Broking and Property Strata Management.  Jodie has also worked in other areas of real estate and joined Dynamic in February 2006.

Jodie has worked with such well known schemes as Eastpoint Towers, Italian Forum and the Newington Community. Her current portfolio includes a range of strata schemes in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, inner west and lower north shore.
