Wally Patterson

Chairman and founding Managing Director Wally Patterson has held a Real Estate Agent's licence since 1968 and a Strata Manager's license from 1988. Wally was recognised in 2003 with the ISTM President's Award for his outstanding contribution to the industry over many years. Currently Chairman of the Strata & Community Development Committee of the Urban Development Institute of Australia and a member of the NSW government’s Strata Industry Working Group, Wally has held influential elected positions in both the NSW and National professional associations including senior Vice President.

Wally was a founding member of the ISTM Benchmarking Trust Foundation, holds an Australian Insurance Institute Diploma, Company Directors Diploma and has completed the 'Essentials of Community Association Management' course in the United States. He is a Foundation Fellow of the Institute of Company Director's and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. Wally is sought after by leading property developers to consult on complex title structuring and other issues. He has lived in strata property for many years and holds executive committee office, which he says "keeps him close to the customer”.

Pamela Pearce

Director Pamela Pearce joined the company in 1999. Her career includes CEO roles and non-executive directorships in both public and private companies. She has an MBA and completed Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program. Pamela has lectured in Post-Graduate Marketing and Strategic Business at UTS (Sydney) and been an invited senior-management mentor and speaker on business and marketing at professional and strata industry conferences.

Pamela is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, an international judge for Students in Free Enterprise and has been a judge and mentor for the NSW Enterprise Workshop program. Pamela has held elected leadership roles in a number of other voluntary organisations, including Chief Executive Women, the Australian Museum Society and the Harvard Club of Australia.

Karen Belcher

Managing Director and Licensee in Charge Karen Belcher is an experienced professional who has been a Strata Manager since 1990, specialising in prestige residential and complex mixed developments. Karen’s expertise on complex titling, by-laws, staged development and other issues that arise in the early stages of a complex development, has been consistently sought out by discerning developers. She has been involved in providing advice on such major developments as Jackson’s Landing Pyrmont, Walsh Bay, Lumiere/Regent Place and Rouse Hill. Karen has also attended a major industry conference in the United States and undertaken a related study tour of large-scale community developments.

Karen also holds a Certificate IV in training and assessment and has delivered high level professional training to Dynamic staff and executive committees. Her contributions to the industry have included speaking at the annual conference of the Institute of Strata Title Management and lecturing at the Institute’s strata training courses.

Karen is recognised as an outstanding leader with a passion for quality and a commitment to exceptional service delivery.

Reena Van Aalst

Reena is a licensed strata manager and graduate of Sydney University with a Diploma in Business Management (Real Estate Management). Reena joined Dynamic in January 2003 from her position of General Manager and licensed strata manager with a well known inner city strata firm, bringing a strong background in management and trust account supervision as well as strata and specialist knowledge in company title management. Reena is responsible for a prestige portfolio of residential and commercial properties including The Italian Forum, Newington communities, Eastpoint and Eastgate Gardens.

Jodie Smithson

Jodie is a licensed strata manager who has a Diploma in Property (Real Estate), Certificate IV in Property Business Broking and Property Strata Management.  Jodie has also worked in other areas of real estate and joined Dynamic in February 2006.

Jodie has worked with such well known schemes as Eastpoint Towers, Italian Forum and the Newington Community. Her current portfolio includes a range of strata schemes in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, inner west and lower north shore.

Ingre Brettle

Inger is a licensed strata manager who has a Diploma of Business (Real Estate Management), Certificate VI Business (Real Estate Sales) and is a Justice of the Peace. She has been working in the property industry since 2000 including at a senior level with a well known Trustee Company.

Catherine Crawford

Catherine is a licensed strata manager who joined Dynamic in 2009 with a comprehensive background in strata and real estate, most recently as the senior portfolio manager with a leading inner city strata company.

Catherine’s eight years experience in managing strata schemes, building management committees and large, multi-tiered structures prior to joining Dynamic, built on her general real estate background. This experience also includes involvement with the planning, development and registration stages of new developments, plus exposure to complex, tiered management structures. Catherine’s current portfolio includes a range of prestige residential and commercial properties.

Gareth Craig

Deanne Rudy

Deanne is an experienced licensed manager of strata and community title schemes, with a Diploma of Business (Real Estate Management). She has managed both residential and commercial properties of varying sizes and complexity throughout Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, prior to joining Dynamic in early 2007. Deanne’s career has also spanned other aspects of real estate, including property manager.

As well as individual strata properties, Deanne’s portfolio includes a number of stratas in community schemes, such as Aylesbury at Breakfast Point and multiple schemes in the prize winning Liberty Grove development.

Gemma Trewella

New Business Projects Manager Gemma Trewella is a licensed strata manager who has been with Dynamic since 2003. Gemma leads the team responsible for new business consulting and management from the earliest stages up to the First Annual General meeting. Her involvement usually continues until such time as management of a project vests in the new owners and an ongoing strata manager is appointed.

The team is also responsible for transition management of existing properties that move to Dynamic. This ensures compliance with the law, the maintenance of stringent quality standards, productivity and the smooth handover of new projects to their ongoing strata manager.

Gemma has had a wide range of experience with new projects managed by Dynamic, in particular major developments such as Walsh Bay, Jackson’s Landing at Pyrmont, Central Park on Broadway and Sydney Wharf. She is also chair of Dynamic’s Charity Committee, actively supporting involvement with those in need.

Lauren Shaw

Lauren is a licenced strata manager (Certificate IV) who also has a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and spent seven years in the business prior to joining Dynamic in 2011. She has managed residential and commercial properties of varying sizes and also mixed use and industrial complexes.

Lauren is a knowledgeable and committed manager who delivers a high level of customer service and receives positive feedback from owners and executive committee members of the properties she manages.  Her expertise includes business and staff development, dispute resolution and an ability to ensure meetings are run efficiently and to time.

Diane Atkinson

Diane is a very experienced strata manager having spent over 20 years in the business managing a variety of properties including commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes. She hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree (majoring in accounting and financial management).

Diane manages a number of prestige properties including a number of schemes at Jackson’s Landing for Dynamic, with the remainder of her portfolio based predominantly the inner west and eastern suburbs. Her portfolio comprises a diverse range of properties, including company title and community schemes together with building management committees.

Guy Beresford

Guy is a licensed strata manager and holds a Bachelor of Science in Operational Research and Business Studies, geared towards business and law.  With over six years experience, he has managed a variety of properties including commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes. 

Guy also has extensive knowledge of complex dispute resolution measures and has assisted clients with complicated and expensive refurbishment and upgrade projects.

Lani Zaubzer

Lani is a licensed strata manager and holds both a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Business from the University of Western Sydney.  She has managed a variety of complex properties including commercial, residential and mixed-use schemes. 

Lani, with over seven years experience, has also been involved in the establishment of new strata schemes, preparation of administrative and sinking fund budgets and the provision of asset management services.
