Dynamic Property School Pty Ltd is a Registered Training Organisation that delivers high quality specialised training, continuing professional development, coaching and insights on strata, community and company title property.

Dynamic Property School has been selected by the Institute of Strata Title Management (ISTM – the industry’s professional body) as the Registered Training Organisation for the delivery of the Institute’s Certificate of Registration courses, until such time as the Institute establishes a training organisation of its own. The school is registered to provide the following nationally accredited qualifications:

Certificate IV in Property (Strata Management) – 90779 NSW

Dynamic facilitates learning in two other areas, seminars and workshops for office bearers and other owners, and continuing professional development.

Free seminars are offered in Sydney throughout the year for newly appointed executive committee members (or board members) of properties managed by Dynamic. These informative seminars cover such critical areas as the powers of the Owners Corporation, roles and responsibilities, common problem areas and risk management.

Workshops and seminars for owners and executive committees can be tailored to your specific property or cover individual topics, whether your property is managed by Dynamic or not. Advanced seminars are available for complex areas such as community association or company title management, Building Management Committees and improving energy and water sustainability.

Continuing Professional Development

All Dynamic strata managers are licensed, with property officers and other support staff holding a Certificate of Registration in strata. Continuing professional development is mandatory for renewal of a license or certificate of registration under the Property Stock and Business Agents Act 2002. It also provides industry participants with the means to respond effectively to change, adopt new work practices and enrich their knowledge and skills.

Dynamic Property school provides continuing professional development to Dynamic staff through both compulsory and priority learning activities, in strict accordance with the guidelines issued by the Commissioner for Fair Trading. We believe this increases consumer protection, improves the knowledge, skills and professionalism of employees and reinforces Dynamic’s high standards of service delivery, thereby increasing the confidence of clients.
